Regular merchandise

Eligible regular merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase, provided it is unworn and undamaged, with original packaging, tags, accessories and paperwork.

Fees and return shipping

A 20% restocking fee applies to eligible returns and buyer-initiated cancellations. The customer is responsible for return shipping.

Custom and sized pieces

Custom-made, personalized, sized, altered or specially ordered jewelry is final sale and non-refundable.
