How does shipping work?
The planned service is free nationwide U.S. shipping through FedEx. For security, a shipment may be directed to a nearby FedEx pickup location, where valid ID is required.
Can custom jewelry be returned?
Custom-made, personalized, sized, altered and specially ordered pieces are final sale and non-refundable. Eligible regular merchandise has a 30-day return/exchange window and a 20% restocking fee.
